Charles Pappas was born in Lompoc, CA in Feb 1964.  Charles was raised in the Navy and never lived anywhere more than 3 years growing up.  As a result Charles could move to a new Naval Base and make new friends.  Little did we know this was preparing Charles for his long distinguished Real Estate Career.

Some of the places he lived as a Child was South Korea, Guam, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Florida and many more.

Charles married Kimberly Anne Bryant and had two daughters with her.  Tesla and Eli-Rose Pappas.  Kim lost her life while giving birth to a baby boy who did not survive.

Charles has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for about 20 years.  His mentor is Bob Newman.  Under Bob’s training he learned land development, lease purchases, etc.  Charles has been a top producer for Century 21 New Horizons, Windermere Real Estate South, ERA Premier Properties, Real Estate USA, and bought a commercial building in Buckley to open his own office: A-1 Real Estate Inc.

Personal:  Charles likes to support local bands and Cancer Survivors.  Charlie has supported many Charity Groups over the years (Shelter for abused women, Rancho Sudo Mudo, and others) but found where he likes to help is with Cancer Survivors.  He feels like they generally survive into a broken world and need additional help.
